Gareth Chapman

Gareth was formerly G4S Chief Operating Officer of its UK Facilities Management division and Global Head of G4S Care & Justice Services.

Gareth is a versatile professional leader with demonstrable experience in the management of staff of all ages, in both the varied and demanding environment of the Royal Marines and in the commercial sector, across many disciplines, up to and including Board and Senior Executive positions.

He has a proven Operations and Business Development Director who has worked on a Global basis, is accustomed to taking strategic decisions, working to tight deadlines and who has an excellent record of achievement in: Operations; Business Recovery and Transformation; Business Development and Contract Mobilisation.

Gareth is an innovative mentor/trainer and administrator with well-developed personal presentational skills and the ability to motivate a wide range of different employees.
